The Chief Business Office seeks a Project Manager & Data Analytics VP to execute strategic and global cross-Markets projects, focusing on reducing transaction expense costs through collaboration with market products and clusters. The role involves organizing weekly expense reviews and innovating the expense review process.

The successful candidate will lead the implementation of strategic projects, perform advanced data analytics, negotiate with third parties, and present findings to senior management.

This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of our Markets business, working closely with senior management, trading teams, and business managers to drive growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement strategic initiatives across asset classes to enhance business performance.
• Ensure data transparency for stakeholders.
• Manage and improve Expense Management workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance P&L performance.
• Negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
• Present complex information clearly to senior management.
• Use analytical skills to interpret industry trends.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis.

Knowledge, skills, and experience required:

• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior audiences.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI & Python is a plus.
• Experience with workflow tools like Appian.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
