Job Overview

An exciting opportunity for to work in our Community Hospital setting as a nurse Ward Manager Band 7 Full time vacancy. We welcome applications from already experienced band 6 s seeking further development.Gaining the responsibility for the management of rehabilitation programmes for patients while on the ward.She/he carries continuing responsibility for the comprehensive assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of care programmes.

The ward is very friendly and welcoming, working with patients/relatives/carers to support safe discharges for the most appropriate locations for patient group. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of this 21 bedded ward.
