Children with Disabilities Social Worker – Somerset

iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for Children with Disabilities Social Worker to work for our client based in Somerset.

Children with Disabilities Social Worker £38 per hour

Somerset County Council

As a Children with Disabilities Social Worker, you will be part of a creative team covering all aspects of statutory Social Work including Assessment, Safeguarding, CLA, and Adoption.

You will be working with approximately 15 young people with a variety of needs.

You will receive robust supervision from both your colleagues within the team and a stable line management structure.

Part of your role will be coordinating the multi-agency team around the children we support, some of whom have complex medical needs.
