Job Description

Home Instead Westminster is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Award-Winning team. If you're an experienced, dedicated Support Worker with a deep understanding of individuals' needs and the importance of person-centred care, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitating community engagement and participation. Our clients are very much part of their communities.
  2. Assisting with meal preparation, while promoting the client’s active participation.
  3. Supporting individuals with household tasks and upkeep.
  4. Administering medication.
  5. Accompanying individuals on outings and activities.
  6. Coordinating and attending medical appointments.
  7. Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
