Position: Customer Service Technical Advisor (Part-time, Permanent)

Salary: £25,087.00 pro-rata, rising to £25,684.00 pro-rata after 8 months, plus uncapped commission

Hourly rate: £12.82

Hours: 20 hours per week

Join our Mobile Technical Team in Merthyr Tydfil, where you'll assist customers over the phone with various mobile tech-related queries. Whether it's a simple device issue or a more complex problem, you'll help keep our customers connected to their loved ones.

No specific experience is required; if you're naturally helpful, calm, and good at building relationships, we can train you on the rest.
