About the role

You will ensure customer needs are exceeded by working across various store areas, with no two days being the same. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries, all aimed at providing quick and efficient service.

You will be responsible for

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a hand-held terminal, reporting discrepancies to the manager.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging for delivery readiness.
• Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Dealing politely with delivery staff and handling queries and complaints appropriately, escalating complex issues when necessary.
