Account Director – Printed POS (Health & Beauty Sector)
Location: Hybrid (Hertfordshire / London)
Salary: From £55,000 package

Are you a commercially driven Account Director with a passion for Health & Beauty brands and a proven track record in 3D printed POS? We're seeking an experienced leader to drive strategic growth and client excellence across a portfolio of high-profile accounts.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a talented team, shape the delivery of innovative POS marketing campaigns, and nurture long-term client partnerships. Your commercial acumen and industry insight will be key in ensuring high-quality execution, client retention, and account growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of account financials, including forecasting, reporting, and revenue targets.
  • Build and deepen senior-level client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Lead and mentor the account management team, setting clear KPIs and fostering professional development.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery—from brief through to execution—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Align internal departments with client objectives and commercial agreements for seamless delivery.
  • Lead quarterly and annual reviews to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyse and report on service delivery, leveraging KPI data and insights.
  • Promote the full suite of company services, ensuring clients are aware of all capabilities and facilities.

What You’ll Need For Your Application To Be Successful:

  • 10 years’ experience in client services or account management, with a focus on POS and 3D display production.
  • Recent, relevant experience working with Health & Beauty brands is essential.
  • A strategic leader with a history of driving revenue growth and improving account performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven success managing senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of POS production processes and retail marketing.
  • Tech-savvy: confident using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
