Role

• Accountable for managing a complex mixed caseload of client matters with limited supervision
• Assisting and mentoring juniors in the team
• Providing clients with high quality legal advice, proactively managing client relationships

You

• Will have 4+ years Medical Negligence experience and a proven track record in delivering successful outcomes in relation to complex medical negligence work
• Can demonstrate strong commercial awareness and acumen
• Have a detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant case law and legislation, rules of procedure and rules of professional conduct
