Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling within the specified availability windows, and you will receive 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As the face of Tesco on the road, you will deliver to customers' homes across a wide area, providing excellent service with a smile. This role involves physical activity, variety, and independence, supported by a team of managers and colleagues.

You will be responsible for:

• Keeping the van and trays clean and organized
• Maintaining a tidy delivery area and picking up litter
• Washing trays and loading the van, checking its roadworthiness
• Communicating with customers about order changes, substitutions, and refunds
• Delivering within the scheduled time slots and notifying customers if early or late

You will need:

• Good relationships with colleagues and customers
• Warm and welcoming interactions

• Energetic and driven attitude
• A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
