Job description

Fresh Ways Logistics LTD is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team located in Lympne (UK) and assist with various financial tasks.

The role will primarily involve:

·Managing accounts payable and processing invoices using SGA and XERO software;

·Performing regular bank reconciliations;

·Ensuring VAT compliance and supporting general financial operations;

·A strong knowledge of accounting software and tax regulations is essential, along with a keen eye for detail;

·Providing support with payment reminders and handling accounts payable.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • at least two years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and XERO is essential;
  • Fluency in Italian at C1 level or above, along with proficiency in English or another additional language.
