I am looking for a talented and experienced Paid Search Manager to join a growing team and to take the lead in delivering outstanding paid search campaigns.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in driving performance, identifying growth opportunities, and staying at the forefront of industry developments to test and implement new tactics for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of large paid search campaigns across multiple networks.
- Set up, implement, track, and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple search engines and markets.
- Provide cost estimates and ensure effective budget management.
- Analyse PPC performance, prepare detailed reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct detailed quarterly audits on accounts and ensure continuous performance improvement.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment on strategy and maintain regular updates with internal stakeholders.
- Develop strategic solutions to mitigate risks and resolve complex challenges.
- Lead client and sales calls, presenting detailed campaign roadmaps.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and strategy development across UK and international markets.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years+ of experience managing paid search campaigns (agency experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of paid search channels, product types, and data manipulation.
- Excellent Excel skills, including data downloading, trending, formatting, and analysis.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with internal teams and clients.
- Passion for paid search, with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and share knowledge with the wider team.
