About the role

Overtime opportunities are available.

This role offers a permanent position within our delivery team as a Van Driver, involving duties such as picking for the delivery operation and supporting customer service excellence.

A full driving license is required.

Our drivers are crucial to our business, ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service.

You will be responsible for

Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.

Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging to ensure robustness for delivery.

Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and effectively.

Delivering goods to customers politely, responding to queries and complaints appropriately, and escalating complex issues.

Loading stock into the vehicle at the branch and unloading at customer premises, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
