You’ll manage a team of around 15 technical claims professionals handling high-value and complex motor injury claims. Your role will involve driving performance, managing indemnity spend, and ensuring excellent customer outcomes. You’ll work closely with colleagues across underwriting, actuarial, and legal to influence strategy and improve our end-to-end systems for personal and commercial motor claims. This is a key leadership role within our Major & Complex Claims (MCC) team, where you’ll help shape the future of motor claims at Aviva.
