Job description

A fantastic role has arisen for a Billing Analyst to join an Award-Winning FTSE 250 company based in High Wycombe.

Responsibilities:
  1. Extracting data from suppliers to support the systems team prepare for the monthly bill cycles
  2. Preparing and executing Managed Services and Adobe bill runs and assisting with Microsoft runs
  3. Supporting account managers with customer queries and at times joining customer calls
  4. Providing admin support and other finance teams with additional advice and data
  5. Liaising with operational and sales teams across the company
  6. Working closely with IT and data teams to assist with their automation plans
  7. Assisting with projects to increase automation of billing
Requirements:
  1. Comfortable with large volumes of numbers and data analysis
  2. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
  3. An eye for detail
  4. Strong organisational skills
  5. Ownership of your bill runs
  6. Experience of Oracle NetSuite or similar systems is beneficial, but not essential
  7. A desire to work in a fast growing business with plenty of change and opportunity
