About the Role:
As a Functional Assessor, you will assess individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA) benefits as part of the DWP’s Health Assessment and Advisory Services (HAAS).
Salary: £39,500.00 – £45,500.00
Contract: Permanent | 40 hours (Full-time & Part-time available)
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting telephone, video, or face-to-face consultations
Completing thorough assessments to understand how a claimant’s condition impacts their daily life
Writing fair, accurate, and objective reports
Providing a reassuring, non-biased, and respectful experience for every claimant
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience as a:
Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at PFAS (Personal Functional Assessment Services) by 2x
