Job description

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an up-and-coming Structural Revit Technician in Cardiff. We need someone from a structural background who is bright, talented, and enthusiastic about learning all things BIM related. This role is for an award-winning engineering consultancy in Cardiff with a skilled team covering several civil and structural engineering sectors.

Project values extend up into the region of £100m and include schemes of high local significance. The successful candidate will join the business in a senior position.

Responsibilities:

1. Producing general arrangements and Revit models for building structures in various traditional materials
2. Liaising directly with other design teams, clients, and contractors
3. Accompanying site visits
4. Attending design team meetings

We are looking for a candidate eager to use cutting-edge BIM software, with the ability to draw and actively develop these skills. Revit experience is not necessarily essential as full training will be provided. The key requirement is a solid understanding of how a building comes together.
