Senior Interior Designer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Interior Designer to join a well-established consultancy delivering market insight, design, cost, and construction solutions for global clients.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years' experience in hospitality-focused interior design, particularly in restaurants.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be leading and contributing to the entire design process, from initial concept to final handover.

You will be responsible for:

1. Managing relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring effective and clear communication throughout each project.
2. Preparing detailed design packages including technical drawings, specifications, and other supporting documentation.
3. Conducting site visits and presentations, offering real-time design solutions and problem-solving through sketches.
4. Ensuring all designs adhere to relevant standards, regulations, and client expectations.
5. Working collaboratively with internal design and construction teams to maintain creative and technical excellence.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as an Interior Designer, Interior Architect, Architectural Designer, Designer, Architect or in a similar role.
2. Possess 8+ years' experience in hospitality-focused interior design, particularly in restaurants.
3. Experience in RIBA Stages 4 to 6.
4. Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
5. Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign; familiarity with SketchUp and rendering tools would be beneficial.
