OFFICE MANAGER/BOOKKEEPER
IPSWICH (OFFICE BASED)
£30,000 - £40,000 + BENEFITS

Get Recruited is working with a well-established company within the Sports and Leisure Industry. Due to a recent promotion, they are now looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their team.

If you have experience in administration, customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping, then this role is not to be missed!

MAIN DUTIES:

  1. Performing general PA tasks for the Managing Director
  2. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  3. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  4. Managing databases and filing systems
  5. Organising events and conferences
  6. Managing staff rotas and schedules
  7. Dealing with customer queries via email and telephone
  8. Performing bookkeeping duties, such as invoice processing
  9. Overseeing all HR queries and ensuring policies and procedures are up to date

THE PERSON:

  1. Proficiency in MS Office packages - Word, Excel
  2. Experience of using an ERP system is preferable but not essential
  3. Basic Bookkeeping experience is essential
  4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
