  • Position: Head of Sales
  • Location: Hybrid, within 1 hour of Grantham, Lincs HQ
  • Salary: Up to £90,000 basic + £10,000 car allowance + bonuses and commission (OTE £120,000+)

Your Background / Skills:
  • Expertise in Sales Strategy, B2B Software Sales, Marketing Strategy, Data/Trend Analysis, Team Leadership
  • Experience with eCommerce, retail, and logistics technology sectors
  • Over 20 years of providing business management solutions for all sizes
  • Motivated, self-disciplined, and thrive in a relaxed working environment
The Opportunity:
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with the MD on sales and marketing strategies
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing sales and marketing teams
  • Monitoring sales metrics and CRM data
  • Driving revenue growth from existing clients and new leads
  • Managing departmental budget and P&L
  • Analyzing market trends and providing product recommendations
  • Understanding and sharing sector insights
About You:
  • Minimum 5 years in senior B2B sales roles, ideally in software/ERP
  • Proven leadership and strategic skills
  • Experience managing teams and stakeholders
  • Strong data and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
