Job Description:

Our client is a leading global Placement Agent, who focuses on raising capital for PE and Credit funds. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for 2023 graduates to join their Project Management team in London and New York.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end execution of fundraising campaigns for alternative investment funds.
  • Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of fundraising materials, including pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs, and investor updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and manage CRM data integrity.
  • Coordinate roadshows, investor meetings, and follow-ups in collaboration with the distribution team.
  • Liaise with clients to collect and organize materials and responses for investor due diligence.
  • Generate periodic reports and analytics for both internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • 2023 Graduate from a top US or UK university.
  • At least 1-2 years' of experience in Investment Banking or from a Placement Agent. Experience in M&A or in a Financial Sponsors Group is highly preferable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Interest in private markets and a desire to grow within the alternative investment industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and complete fluency in English.
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK/US.
