Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Catering Services Assistant to join our team at Glasgow City centre, G2 8EX (note: no parking available).

You will work as part of a great team, serving customers and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include basic food preparation and general cleaning tasks both back and front of house.

Eligibility criteria: you must have been a UK resident for the past 5 years, have the legal right to work in the UK, and pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

• This is a permanent role, 30 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8:00am to 2:30pm, leaving evenings free.

A typical day as a Catering Services Assistant:

• Preparing food such as sandwiches, grab-and-go items, and basic hot foods.
• Serving customers, operating the till, upselling, and delivering excellent service.
• Managing stock and deliveries.
• Cleaning and maintaining a tidy environment before, during, and after service.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Must pass security vetting and DBS checks.
• Catering experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
