Job Description:

Position: Barista

Rate: £13.50 per hour

We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Whether you're seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Benefits include: Free bus service for staff on routes 21 or 460.

We’re seeking energetic individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can craft a perfect flat white, we want to hear from you.

As part of our catering team, you'll serve more than just coffee — you'll create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing high-quality coffees and hot drinks
• Providing friendly, professional service
• Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or café experience preferred but not essential — training provided

• Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
• Calm and positive attitude during busy times
• Flexible to work early mornings and lunch shifts
