Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in managing engineering disciplines and advise the Project Manager on project progress. Review method statements and risk assessments, and communicate technical updates to the team.
  2. Promote best practices, identify training needs, and ensure materials are specified and ordered correctly. Maintain an up-to-date material schedule.
  3. Provide site support to ensure timely decision-making and issue resolution, with regular site visits.
  4. Support site operational activities, including procurement, H&S documentation, M&E installation supervision, and commissioning.
  5. Ensure HSQE compliance, complete safety inspections, and assist in preparing safety, quality, environmental, and construction plans.
  6. Participate in safety meetings, ensure compliance with procedures and legislation, and identify training needs.
  7. Produce project documentation such as procurement schedules, RAMS, SWPs, and contribute to programme and forecasting.
  8. Coordinate H&S inspections with clients and subcontractors, and manage site activities to maintain programme while balancing operational needs.
  9. Work with project teams to ensure activities align with QA/ITP and project timelines.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Proven MEICA project experience, with knowledge of control systems, valves, instrumentation, and ancillary equipment typical of water treatment sites.
