Job description

Various Part Time Hours Available

Responsibilities

1. To provide a high standard of customer service in the serving of food and drink.
2. To set up the bar counter and the food service area in accordance with Company procedures.
3. To meet and greet customers, take food and drink orders, and liaise with relevant personnel to ensure the delivery of these orders.
4. To anticipate customer needs and ensure they receive excellent service at all times.
5. To maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards in the food and bar service areas as per Company standards.
6. To accurately calculate bills and handle various payment methods.
7. To refill bar stock levels, ensure efficient stock rotation, and manage stock levels.
8. To perform end-of-shift duties following Company procedures.
9. To conduct regular toilet checks.
10. To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
11. Perform any other duties relevant to the role.

Educational Qualifications

• Educated to secondary level standard.

Skills and Experience

• At least 6 months of previous bar service experience is essential.
• At least 6 months of food service experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of Micros is desirable.
• The ideal candidate will be a team player, customer-focused, enthusiastic, and committed to providing excellent service.
• Excellent communication skills, with a methodical and logical approach to work.
