Responsibilities
- To provide a high standard of customer service in the serving of food and drink.
- To set up the bar counter and the food service area in accordance with Company procedures.
- To meet and greet customers, take food and drink orders, and liaise with relevant personnel to ensure the delivery of these orders.
- To anticipate customer needs and ensure they receive excellent service at all times.
- To maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards in the food and bar service areas as per Company standards.
- To accurately calculate bills and handle various payment methods.
- To refill bar stock levels, ensure efficient stock rotation, and manage stock levels.
- To perform end-of-shift duties following Company procedures.
- To conduct regular toilet checks.
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
- Perform any other duties relevant to the role.
Educational Qualifications
- Educated to secondary level standard.
Skills and Experience
- At least 6 months of previous bar service experience is essential.
- At least 6 months of food service experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of Micros is desirable.
- The ideal candidate will be a team player, customer-focused, enthusiastic, and committed to providing excellent service.
- Excellent communication skills, with a methodical and logical approach to work.
