This role is for 24 hours per week, worked over three days. Specific days and hours are flexible and will be agreed upon during the interview process.
As a Gardener, you will establish, maintain, and manage the gardens to the highest horticultural standards. You will be passionate about delivering the best experience for our visitors and guests and will play a key role in creating and restoring our outdoor spaces.
This role involves attention to detail, including the use of garden machinery for lawn mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and flower border care.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of the wider hotel team, in the maintenance and development of the gardens and grounds.
You should have RHS Level 2 or equivalent, with previous experience in a similar role, good plant knowledge, and skills in using and maintaining garden machinery.
