Corporate Solicitor (1 - 6 PQE) - Bristol

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Corporate Solicitor to be part of a dynamic and expanding Corporate team. With substantial growth across newer office locations to include in Bristol, now is the perfect time to make your mark.

As part of a nationally recognised team, you'll be working alongside experienced fee earners and esteemed partners-many ranked in the Hall of Fame by Legal 500. The team's expertise spans a wide spectrum of corporate transactions, from start-ups and M&A deals to private equity investments and international transactions.

The Role
You'll be handling a diverse range of corporate matters, including:

  • Drafting, negotiating, and finalising legal documentation
  • Advising clients on acquisitions, mergers, and disposals
  • Managing transactions and your own caseload
  • Attending client meetings and business development events
  • Providing high-quality service in a collaborative, supportive environment


Requirements:

  • Ambitious solicitor with minimum of 1 years PQE in corporate law ideally with experience in M&A transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and an interest in business development.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills
