We have a vacancy for an estate agent eager to start and build their own business with The Property Experts.

Earnings

You will earn 70% of the fees generated. With an average fee of £6,000, you can earn approximately £4,200 per transaction. Just two completions per month could generate around £8,400 monthly (£100,000 annually).

The Role

You will operate your own business with our support and guidance, including:

• Generating leads
• Conducting market appraisals with potential sellers
• Listing and marketing properties
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Overseeing transactions through to completion
