Our client, a leading operator within the UK’s industrial infrastructure sector, is seeking highly experienced Project Management Professional Services to deliver a scope of work to be completed within a 6-month period, delivering brownfield modification projects at a high-hazard, Top-Tier COMAH site in Teesside.

The Project Management Service provider will oversee project planning, stakeholder coordination, cost control, contractor management, and the delivery of engineering scopes within live operational environments.

Key deliverables:

Lead brownfield project execution across pipelines, tanks, and associated terminal infrastructure.
Manage engineering contractors and interface with site-based operational teams.
Ensure project delivery aligns with safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.

Track project progress, budgets, and risk mitigation measures.
Report regularly to senior stakeholders and maintain strong project governance.
Service requirements:
