Adept Resourcing Group is proud to recruit for our client, a Not For Profit organisation providing healthcare services to South Yorkshire. We seek a professional and experienced Service Manager to join the team and make an immediate impact at this award-nominated company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide service management support and expertise to colleagues at all times.
• Ensure services are safe, effective, person-centred, and of the highest quality.
• Maintain service quality and compliance with CQC standards.
• Lead team performance, supervise, coach, and mentor staff.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience managing teams, setting standards, and motivating colleagues.
• Care Diploma Level 3 or above.
• Knowledge of 'person-centred' care principles.
• Experience with risk assessments and support planning.
• Enthusiasm and creativity in service development.
• Good IT skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Willingness to work towards Leadership and Management Diploma Level 5.
