We are currently working with an alternative provision in Chesterfield that is eagerly looking for Teaching Assistants who have a passion for working with and supporting children displaying challenging behaviour.

Role Details

The ideal behavioural Teaching Assistant will have a growth mindset and will ensure each child's support needs are met.

We offer a range of roles at this provision, including both full-time and part-time positions, with temp-to-perm opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle regularly.
• Have behaviour management experience.
• Possess business insurance or be willing to obtain it.
• Be highly supportive of each student and their individual needs.
• Exhibit patience and understanding.

• Have a passion for working within an SEND school.
• Have entry-level Maths & English experience.
