Job Description:

Mane is looking for an experienced Project Planner to work with their client.

The client is heavily involved in Pharma, Data Center, or Semiconductor projects, so experience in these sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the production, development, and management of project schedules (Design, Pre-construction, Procurement, Offsite fabrication, Construction, and Commissioning).
  • Assist project managers in developing accurate programme of works files.
  • Generate Labour histograms, progress reports for team, management, client, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
  • Identify issues in the planning process and assist in resolving them satisfactorily.
  • Work with multiple teams across different sectors.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Liaise with Directors, Management, and Project teams.
  • Assist with company expansion plans.
  • Identify workface stacking, delays, prolongation, and support related claims and demonstrations.

Candidate requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a planning Mechanical/Process Engineering role within the construction industry.
  • Relevant qualifications in Primavera P6, Asta, and Microsoft Project.
  • Self-motivated and organized individual.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Negotiation skills, scheduling, and time management.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 suite of programs.
