Boots.com control team is at the forefront of fulfilling our customers' requirements in an ever-increasing and evolving digital environment. This exciting, fast-paced environment ensures all customer orders reach the customers on time and in the most efficient way. The role involves key cross-functional collaboration with other supply chain and Boots.com teams, providing excellent customer service with a mindset of customer excellence.
The Boots.com Control Manager will be instrumental in helping the organization achieve its Agile Transformational goals. Responsible for embedding an Agile culture, methodology, tools, and techniques to help teams maintain a delivery and learning cadence focused on delivering value aligned with organizational outcomes, while remaining creative and dynamic.
Responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process, encouraging colleagues and leadership to embrace the Agile mindset and methodologies.
