The Role:
The right candidate will need to work independently, manage their time effectively, and deliver intensive housing management across various locations within Hertfordshire. At Watford Community Housing, our goal is to ensure our customers live better lives and to foster productive partnerships.
The candidate should develop strong relationships with tenants and support agencies, communicate rent analysis and tenancy issues confidently, and demonstrate high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Experience as a Housing Officer, preferably with supported housing background, confidence in customer-facing roles, and strong relationship-building skills. You should be highly numerate for rent analysis and possess excellent problem-solving, negotiation, communication, time management, and IT skills. A full driving license and access to a car with business insurance are required. Additional qualifications include a CIH recognized qualification and a good general education or relevant experience. You should demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to making a difference in residents' lives.
