What You’ll Do:
- Lead the charge in developing a dynamic community engagement strategy within the Adobe Program, empowering marketers to connect and collaborate.
- Create compelling content—newsletters, social media updates, and internal communications—to keep the community informed and inspired.
- Drive global training efforts across Europe (and beyond), ensuring marketers are equipped with the tools and processes they need.
- Host engaging events (online and offline) that spark conversations and strengthen community bonds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, Marketing Tech, Commercial Ops) to align engagement with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze community feedback, using insights to continuously enhance user experience and the Adobe platform.
- Identify and nurture champions within the community to amplify our message and drive activation.
Qualifications:
- A passion for community building & communications—you know how to create buzz and keep audiences engaged.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling.
- Experience in community management, engagement, or communications (bonus points for experience in a tech-driven environment).
- Proficiency in Adobe tools, social media, and content management platforms.
- A creative mindset—always thinking of fresh ways to engage users and enhance their experience.
- Strong organizational skills—you can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with ease.
