Role: Group Marketing Manager

Salary: up to £45K per annum DOE

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility but must support operations effectively.

Location: Head office in High Wycombe, with flexibility due to being based nationally.

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division is working with a national service-led umbrella company. This role blends CRM Management and marketing for lead generation and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, capable of managing multiple tasks, and collaborative. The role offers opportunities to work at group level with business managers, sales teams, external marketing partners, and customers. Combining knowledge of fire safety standards with modern marketing techniques, this position is key to growth.

Responsibilities
  • Use CRM data to implement marketing strategies that generate new business opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through marketing automation.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to assess sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement; identify trends and recommend strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales to recognize lead generation opportunities through multichannel campaigns.
  • Stay updated on CRM features and best practices for system optimization.
  • Develop media to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Prepare sales and marketing reports, communicating key metrics across the group.
  • Work with external agencies to optimize online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media.
  • Manage updates to websites and social media, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Implement offline marketing strategies to enhance pipeline volume and quality.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials like brochures, presentations, website content, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Support trade shows, webinars, and marketing events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in a service-based industry.
  • Experience working within a regulated business environment.
  • Success in digital media marketing.
  • Strong communication skills to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and strategic decision-making.
  • Initiative-driven with a focus on results and growth.
  • Full driving license.
Measurable KPIs
  • Targets focus on new business generation, quote-to-order conversions, sales volume and value, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Performance will be assessed based on improvements in these areas and the sales team's ability to drive growth.
