Are you currently an experienced ATM or Advanced Prac looking to make the step up to Team Manager?

This is the perfect opportunity to join a highly regarded council in the South West of England, known for in-house progression and offering excellent support to their staff.

This role is in their Children in Care service, where you will become part of a close-knit team made up of a Team Manager and Social Workers who work directly with children in care and Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC).

Although being an experienced manager is a benefit, the council is happy to consider experienced and supportive advanced practitioners who can develop into the leadership role and continue to progress their career.

Salaries range from £50,788 - £52,805

The package includes:

  • welcome payment of £5,000
  • an annual retention payment of £3,000
  • a relocation package of up to £8,000
  • Flexible working options available, providing a healthy work-life balance
  • generous annual leave starting at 25.5 days and increasing to 30.5 days after five years, with the ability to purchase 10 additional days per year for added flexibility
