About the role

As an Optometrist with us, you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care. Working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams, and Clinical Governance Optometrists, you’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.

• Using your passion for delivering patient care, you'll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.
• Bringing your vibrant personality into the day-to-day running of the practice – working with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.

What you’ll need to have

• Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist.
• Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
• Fluent speaking English.
• Passion for patient care.

Introducing our fantastic Ipswich 'Store of The Year' for the London and EA territory who have aspirations to become a Centre of Expertise and proud to achieve FIVE record weeks last year!

This is a busy standalone store which had a shiny new refit in November 2023 with 4 testing rooms, OCT, and 4 phoropters.

Due to expansion, we have 2 Optometrist positions available; as always, we are flexible with working patterns to suit you. Ideally, you will work at least one day on the weekend; we are happy to consider alternate Saturday/Sunday.

We currently have a team of 10 with 2 DO's and 25 minutes testing time.

Monday - Saturday hours: 9-5.30pm
Sunday hours: 10.30-4.30pm.
