Your Responsibilities:

Teach GCSE English, Maths, and Science , or Functional Skills (Entry Level to Level 2) in 1:1 or small group settings .
Support learners with SEND, SEMH, and other complex backgrounds , adapting teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles .
Help students prepare for exams , develop their confidence in core subjects , and progress towards further education or employment.
Work collaboratively with schools, social workers, and intervention teams to ensure a holistic approach to student success.

Who We’re Looking For:

️ QTS/QTLS-qualified teachers, FE lecturers, or Functional Skills specialists.
️ Tutors with experience supporting SEND learners , particularly those with autism, ADHD, PDA, dyslexia, or SEMH needs .
️ Educators who can motivate, engage, and build confidence in students who have struggled in traditional settings.
️ Experience in alternative education, home tutoring, or college environments is highly desirable.
️ A strong understanding of differentiated learning, scaffolding techniques, and confidence-building strategies .
