A leading environmental and sustainability practice seeks experienced Consultants to work on significant projects across the UK, especially in rail and public infrastructure. The role is home-based with site visits, focusing on environmental compliance and water quality management. Candidates will benefit from career progression and mentoring within a supportive environment.
We require experienced Consultants to join a small, dynamic environmental and sustainability practice on projects throughout the UK, primarily in the rail, public infrastructure, and construction sectors.
The positions are home-based, with trips to site when necessary. There is an immediate need for Consultants for important water-related consenting and permitting discharge issues on HS2, with office/site work scheduled for two days per week initially.
Our goal is to ensure water quality remains unaffected and that construction does not add further stress to the environment or compromise public water supply security. You will work under the guidance and requirements of organizations such as the Environment Agency, Local Authorities, and Water Companies.
Prior experience delivering a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project through the Planning Act 2008 legislation or similar, including large EIA projects, is advantageous.
Career progression and professional development are core values of the company. You will be encouraged and mentored to enhance your exposure to different projects and challenges.
Excellent packages are offered.
