Woodcote High School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Head of Humanities Faculty to join our team.

The role involves expanding our leadership capacity within Humanities by appointing a motivated and skilled individual to contribute significantly to curriculum development and collaboration among Humanities subjects. This includes line management and strategic leadership of Heads of Department in History, Geography, PHSCE, and Religious Studies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to improve student progress and outcomes by leading the Humanities curriculum, ensuring it is broad, engaging, and fosters critical thinking, cultural awareness, and understanding of historical, geographical, social, and ethical issues.
