What you'll be doing:

Organising and supervising the unit to meet Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Managing resources efficiently, overseeing food preparation, cooking, and service to meet standards, and ensuring effective use of stock, team members, and assets.
