The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
The post holder will deliver effective secretarial and administrative support to a multidisciplinary team, including managers, psychologists, nurses, and occupational therapists within adult community learning disability services across Glasgow City CHP. Responsibilities include reception duties, data entry, record management, and typing. The role involves working independently, managing calls and emails, handling referrals and inquiries via a single access point, and supporting the wider administrative team.
