We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef in the Clayton Hotel Glasgow

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
- Ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
