Job description

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (plus bonus after 1 year)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (30-minute lunch)

Are you ready to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Support Executive.

This role is the perfect blend of proactivity and reactivity, as you’ll work closely with the Account Managers to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring enquiries and quotations are followed up . You'll take on key responsibilities, including raising quotes, managing emails, setting appointments, and following up on customer visits—all to help the sales team hit their targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Account Managers with admin tasks such as quotes and CRM updates
  • Managing customer enquiries and appointments
  • Following up on sales leads and ensuring timely completion of actions
  • Work accurately and at speed, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism, to ensure that you are providing the highest levels of support possible. 

If you have at least 2-3 years of experience within a sales environment and are eager for a new challenge, this could be your next opportunity. We are seeking someone who is highly organised, thrives under pressure, and is IT proficient. A background in the construction or mechanical sectors is a plus, but not essential.
