An established industry player is seeking a passionate counsellor to join their team on a flexible, fixed-term basis. This role involves providing vital support to service users, including police service personnel and care home professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a recognised counselling qualification and have at least two years of relevant experience, particularly in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or Client Centred Therapy. Contract: Fixed Term – Bank
Salary: £29,994.00 per annum pro rata

Are you a passionate, dedicated counsellor looking for your next role? The tenure of the role is Bank – flexible depending on availability and for a fixed term. Start date may be delayed due to the vetting process currently taking up to 3 months.
Do you possess, as a minimum:
Working as part of a remote team, you will be supporting various DMWS service users and report to the Team Psychologist.
You will correctly assess referrals, identify needs and the resources required to meet those needs, with unfaltering professionalism and sensitivity. You will interact with DMWS welfare staff and assess the holistic well-being of our service users.
The service will be developed both through face-to-face contact and remotely. You should be willing to work flexibly to meet job demands, which may involve working unsociable hours and travel with occasional overnight stays (expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy).
