Bath with 2 days WFH

Group Accounting Manager required for an international Bath-based PLC, overseeing the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP requirements. Responsibilities

1. Overseeing the monthly consolidation of Group results, ensuring accuracy of reported figures.
2. Leading on the financial elements of external reporting, including the Annual Report and Accounts, full year and half-year announcements.
3. Managing the Group's external audit process efficiently within required deadlines.
4. Developing and ensuring consistent application of accounting policies and procedures across the Group.
5. Leading technical accounting matters for the Group, preparing necessary accounting papers.
6. Enhancing the Group control environment and the monthly financial close process.
7. Producing the UK entity's statutory accounts.
8. Acting as a Finance Business Partner to various departments and stakeholders.

Candidate Experience

1. Qualified accountant with strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge and management experience.
