Commercial Property Solicitor - Bath

Growing commercial property team in Bath are seeking a commercial property solicitor to join them at an exciting time. Due to an influx of work, this commercial property team are going from strength to strength.

Responsibilities:

Manage a varied commercial property caseload of sales, purchases, leases, pension properties, investment, landlord & tenant and some residential/mixed use.
Along with managing your own caseload, you'll be assisting senior members of the commercial property team on large and complex matters.
Building new and existing relationships through networking and business development incentives.
Working across teams to make sure that you are giving the best client experience.

Qualifications:

Qualified solicitor with atleast 2 PQE.
Solid understanding of commercial property and be able to demonstrate experience of managing a varied caseload.
Be able to show connections and a commercial understanding of the local area.
Demonstrable client care skills.
