Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing cash flows, budgets, and valuations in line with company policies.
2. Build and maintain relationships with Housing Associations, third-party providers, and sub-contractors.
3. Support in land appraisals, commercial reports, and KPIs.
4. Ensure all expenditure aligns with commercial objectives and is accurately reported.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Some experience in Quantity Surveying (ideal, but not essential), with a focus on the construction or housebuilding industry.
2. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
3. A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
4. A Full UK driving license and a flexible attitude towards business needs.
