Job Description

Role Overview: The Director of Global PV Systems Configuration Management leads a team responsible for the design, maintenance, and support of Pharmacovigilance (PV) systems globally. The role involves strategic planning, systems validation, support, and ensuring compliance with GSK and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a global team of system managers, project analysts, and technical associates.
• Contribute to the PV systems strategic roadmap.
• Design and maintain systems configuration strategies.
• Identify and implement new systems and technologies.
• Ensure PV systems are configured and validated to support business processes.
• Develop business cases for new technologies.
• Participate in systems evaluations and upgrades.
• Oversee support models for PV systems users.
• Ensure compliance with validation guidelines.

Qualifications:

Basic: BS/BA in a relevant scientific or technical field, 10+ years in pharma, experience with drug safety systems, Oracle Argus Safety knowledge.

Preferred: Deep understanding of clinical safety, pharmacovigilance, and GSK’s quality frameworks.
