We are currently looking to hire a Sales Developer to join our Aerospace and Defence team on a permanent basis. This role requires travel and work in a hybrid mode, and when required, to be on site.
Role Overview:
- Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace Industry - UK market.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and performing business development activities.
- Experience working autonomously, being result-oriented, having an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and natural leadership is crucial.
- Any experience or exposure to Aerospace in the UK market will be an added advantage.
- Develop customer relationships & build long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with Technical Operations to deliver client-aligned proposals.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for resource allocation and mobilisation.
- Able to work in a complex matrix organization - collaborative approach.
- Ability to work with partner companies.
- Ready to travel to meet customers.
- Engineering or business graduate with sufficient knowledge in information technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand clients' business goals, needs, and challenges.
- Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to address client concerns and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide feedback and input to product development teams based on client needs and market demands.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
